In this lesson
Define an angle bisector and construct it from a given angle using a ruler and compasses.
What it covers
- Definition of an angle bisector (the line that splits an angle into two equal parts)
- Compass construction: one arc across both arms of the angle, then two further equal-radius arcs from those crossing points, then a line from the vertex through where they meet
- Leaving construction arcs visible as required method evidence
